I came back from Bellis yesterday! It wasnt as good as last year, but it was still fun! Met a bunch of new people, made a lot of new friends, and had a real kick-ass time. All you juniors that couldnt make it, YOU MISSED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Monday: Arrived at Bellis around 12 to meet with the other conselors and jcs. Everyone got free waterbottles, hats, and keychains. Whee. At around 3 the campers began flocking in, and I went to my cabin to greet everyone. Ryan Bogle, my conselor, was there too. My cabin had the youngest guys in there. Richard Chan, Kevin Guyer, Alex Williams, Eric Polytilo, and Bryan Tom. Bryan is probably the most mature in the group, but I pwned him all the time. Eric is a cool guy, and we both started off our first year together last year. What a coincidence for us to be in the same cabin again this year! The food at Bellis was great too. After dinner we needed to prepare some sort of intoduction skit for our cabins. Ryan completely slacked off, and just didnt care about it. So since I was the jc, I had to come up with the skit completely on my own!!
Tuesday: Woke up around 6ish, and began cleaning around the cabin. We had inspection at 7:30, and we got 0 gigs! (that means our cabin was super clean.) We performed our introduction skits tonight. Because of a lack of a better name, I came up with the "Auditioners." Basically its like American Idol, only the winner gets to star in the movie, "I Dig That Chick!" Me and Ryan were the critics.
Wednesday: This time, we got, I think it was, FIFTEEN GIGS!!! There was a bunch of trash outside we had NO idea where it came from, and we got marked down for it. Rehersals went on all morning, and we had lunch. Around 3ish we had rec, which is basically free time for about 2 hours. Me, Victor, Chris, Jui Hung, David VIVAS (trom-boner), and Bryan played a game a basketball. Damn I suck!! Vivas said I play like a girl, and I say Vivas is NOT a team player! The basketball rolled off the cliff a few times, and I had to go get it. (just because im a jc doesnt mean you can take advantage of me!!!! <^> ( -_-) ) On my way down I found this beach volleyball, so I brought that up too. But Chris grabbed it and threw it over the cliff a few times. I grew attached to the ball, and I went down to get it AGAIN. On my way up, Chris tried to peg me with pine cones and acorns. That bastard! Then me and Chris went to the pool. Irene, Vivian, Johanna, Shelly, Mellissa, Nicole, and Jennifer were there. (did i forget anyone?) I pushed Chris in, and he dragged me in. I knew that mightve happened, so I pulled out my stash in my pockets, but I FORGOT MY WALLET! $30 soaked in super cold chlorine water!!!!
Thursday: Same thing today, and we went swimming some more. Another camp moved in, and theyre some Korean people from church. I asked what city theyre from, but I cant remember it anymore. Started with a "g." There was this really cute chick in there! We had ensembles performances this night. I was part of the viola quintet with Alex (another conselor), Kevin, Cocoa (yeahh!) and Annie (omg she scares me now >.<). Annie hurt her leg the other day by tripping and sliding down a cliff. Her whole leg got clipped. Im glad she's ok though. (ANNIE CAN I POST THE PICS???) David Vivas was also manipulating the entire male population of camp by saying "dude." Eventually all of us picked it up. Our basic conversation would be like:
David: dude.
Bryan: dude.
Paul: dude.
Me: dude!
David: Shut up you perv. Dude. you just killed it.
Me: dude? You shut up, stupid trom-boner.
Yeah I know, pretty corny.
Friday: Rehersals increased even MORE this time, because we dont have ensembles anymore. The swimming continues during rec! I also got the chance to talk to that cute chick. Still dont know her name though, lol. Watched a movie that night called "Big," starring Tom Hanks. That movie musta been made in the 80s, i think. I felt kinda awkward watching the movie. The main character's name was Josh. My buddies were rubbing it in on me.
Saturday: OUR LAST FULL DAY! Same schedules as every other day, except I pwned Bryan yet again. He has this issue of bussing tables. I have this issue of smaking him in the face while he's doing it. Its all good. Bryan, dont EVER mention "Jim and Carl" again! Or Im gonna sing that "Im a little teapot" variation! We had a dance that night. It was ok, except that we had to hold it in the rehearsal room with CARPET beccause of the other camp. It got really hot, really fast. A lot of people just sat around, and some of us played foosball. Stupid Daniel, he jacked the foosball and tossed it off the cliff! STAFF DONT DO THINGS LIKE THAT! RAWR!!! The dance was about, 2 1/2 hours long? I dont remember. Danced with a lot of people. Johanna is a KICK-ASS dancer! Holy crap! Omg, I still remember that last dance. Paul danced with FOUR girls at the same time. Freakin pimp. He's the San Gabriel version of David Yu. Sorta.
Sunday: Performed concert here. I was gonna ask that Korean chick for her sn. Things were going pretty well, until Chris showed up. (omg i wanna kick his ass and rip his balls off ) He tried teaching me some Korean, and when I asked for her sn, Chris whispered to her something about me being a major player. She got freaked, and she walked away. THANKS A LOT DUDE!
Well thats about it. I had a great time, and I hope the rest of you guys can come back next year! Bryan and Chris, however, DONT come back! You'll just get pwned by me again. ESPECIALLY YOU CHRIS!!!
